We contracted with Zach to renovate both bathrooms in our gulf front condo. From the moment he arrived for the estimate I could tell he was engaged and experienced. His estimate was fair and it did not change. The work performed was professional and beautiful from floor to ceiling. We are already planning our next project with Zach.

Zachary and Co. made short work of a problem I was having at my tattoo and art studio. The subfloor in the hallway of this very old building was sagging due to water damage from a leaking AC drain. Zach made quick work of it and further went out of his way to utilize an ozone machine to remediate the mold as well. His overall knowledge and craftsmanship made the repair something I can be confident in. Also, free of charge he offered advice and a forward plan to keep my AC ducts clean and in working order. Stellar job from start to finish, great communication, quality workmanship, and prompt. I can't say enough good things about my experience and the best thing is how confident I am in the this company and the work they do. I wish more folks would follow this business model.

We needed a kitchen refresh and living in Chicago added to the challenge. However with Zach's excellent communication and suggestions, all obstacles were eliminated. And the kitchen came out GREAT and on time (rarely happens in Florida)

Zach remodeled our master. He was very responsive, transparent on work effort, had ideas to improve the design and worked in small changes I asked for after the job was almost complete. He has a high attention to detail and does high quality work.

Zach helped us out tremendously when another contractor did poor work. He redid floor tiles and kitchen backsplash in a professional way. This is a rental property and not being close by makes it difficult at times, however, Zach updated us with photos and completed work on time with good quality.

Zach and Southern Designs and Repair recently helped me with a 6 figure renovation of my condo on 30A. It was extensive. Kitchen counters and tile. 3 full bathrooms as well as some electric details, plumbing and some custom modifications. I've had some experience with projects of this size, and hiccups are inevitable. Well, there were seldom any issues and what did arise was promptly resolved. My satisfaction was their priority. The quality of their work is something they took pride in. In addition, the work was promptly completed. I felt like my project was a priority. I would not hesitate to recommend Zach and his team. If you are in the area and are looking for someone fair, knowledgeable and honest, I would strongly recommend working with Zach.

Zach has done many condo interior projects for us over the last several years. In today's world he is a rarity! His work is thorough and precise. He's always on the job when he promises and if his schedule changes, he communicates that ahead of time. He's not the "cheapest" but you get every penny's worth in work completion and quality. He has enough experience that he makes very helpful suggestions where needed. Also he can do any size job, up to totally gutting a condo (popcorn ceiling and all) and completely remodeling. We will call on him for any future work we need done in our Majestic Sun condo. Needless to say, we highly recommend Zach!

Total condo remodel started on time and finished ahead of schedule. Work is outstanding and absolutely no complaints or concerns. Pricing is not cheap but very fair for the quality of work done. Would hire again without question.

We are a family of do-it-yourselfers and did most of our master bathroom remodel ourselves, but wanted to hire a professional to do the shower. Zach came highly recommended and from the very first contact was professional and friendly. He gave us a very reasonable quote and as I shopped for tile before the work actually started, he was always available to answer my questions and give his recommendations. The work he did was amazing. He tore down the old shower in one day with very little mess (which is more than I can say for our own work)! He is knowledgeable and very skilled and efficient. He showed up on time each day and consulted us throughout and stayed on schedule. He even suggested changes that created more work for him but his #1 goal was to provide us with a beautiful shower. We couldn't be happier with our new shower and highly recommend Southern Designs & Repair.

Awesome work! They were able to work with our schedule and find the right time to get work done. The work was completed on time and with in the budget we were quoted. We were even given recommendations on ways to make what we picked out even better. We were also sent pictures of the work so we could see progress. We will be using SDR in the future for more work at our condo.

Our house was looking very dated, Southern Designs & Repair expertly installed new floors throughout and painted all the interior and it looks like a new house. They additionally built in a new set of bunkbeds that look like a million bucks. Very reasonable, honest and impeccable workmanship. Look forward to using them for all future projects.

Project started on time and ended ahead of schedule. Absolutely no complaints about the quality of work and the communication throughout the project. Total condo remodel took about 7 weeks. It looks outstanding and while not cheap the pricing was fair for the work accomplished.

Zach started the bathroom renovation when he said he would and finished on time. He installed tiles for shower and glass doors in two bathrooms. I plan to have Zach do upstairs bathrooms next. Everything turned out great.

My recent bathroom update--from removal of stand alone acrylic shower to completely new floor-to- ceiling tile shower, with niche and corner seat, frameless glass doors, & polished nickel fixtures in shower and whirlpool bathtub-- is beautiful. The owner was a delight to work with and very skilled and talented. I would happily use him future projects.
